Enrol

Create an Account

Click on the ‘Enrol Now‘. Follow the instructions in the email you receive to verify your address and create a password.

Complete Enrolment

After logging into your Kidsoft account, go to the ‘Enrol’ menu option and click ‘Register’.

Select your service in ‘Find a Place’ and click ‘Create Waitlist’ – don’t worry, this doesn’t mean we’re out of spots. Once you’ve filled out the form, you’ll be offered a space and prompted to complete the enrolment form.

Select Booking Days

Choose your booking days during enrolment. If you’re not ready to decide right away, simply select ‘Book at Later Date’. After your enrolment is confirmed, you can visit the booking section to add your days.

Future Bookings (returning parents)

Booking through our Parent Portal is a breeze! Simply log into the Portal, select ‘Bookings‘ and then ‘Make a Booking‘.

How do I enrol from existing Kidsoft account?
  1. Log out your Kidsoft Parent Portal and app.
  2. Go to https://koolhq.com.au/enrol/ and click ‘Enrol Now’.
  3. Log back into your Kidsoft account.
  4. Select your service from “Find a Place” and enrol.

Enrol & Book Your Days

Please take a moment to read and have the relevant information ready.

Required Information:

    Parent details (each known parent)

    Emergency contacts (minimum one other than the parents)

    Doctor’s details for each child

    Your bank or credit card details to set up payments

    If applicable for your child:

    • Centrelink Customer Reference Numbers (CRN) for you and your child
    • Management plan for any relevant medical conditions

    If you intend to claim the Child Care Subsidy (CCS), please ensure this account is created in the name of the Parent/Guardian that has applied for CCS with Centrelink.
