Kool HQ St Ives is located on the beautiful campus of Masada College. We welcome all school-aged children to join our vibrant school holiday program, where children can explore, play, and learn in an engaging, safe, and fun environment.
Our holiday programs offer play-based learning activities designed to enhance children’s well-being, with a strong focus on creativity, physical activity, and social skills. Perfect for children seeking an exciting way to spend their holidays!
Safety and happiness are at the heart of everything we do. Our qualified educators bring energy and expertise, maintaining a 1:10 educator-to-child ratio to ensure personalised care and support for each child.

At Kool HQ St Ives, children enjoy:
- Spacious outdoor areas surrounded by natural scenery, including a jungle gym and a multi-purpose sports court.
- A dedicated indoor space with large, adaptable classrooms and covered areas, allowing for all-weather activities.
We provide morning and afternoon tea, offering seasonal fruits, corn thins, and biscuits. Our canteen also offers additional healthy snack options, and parents are encouraged to pack a nutritious lunch each day to keep children fueled for all the fun.
Our team is here to make the enrolment and booking process easy for families, and we invite you to reach out for assistance.

SNOW SENSATION
Monday, 7 July
Kool HQ celebrates with sensory play and a sensational element of winter: snow! Children will make their own synthetic snow and cool down with delicious frozen yoghurt decorating. Warm things up with hula hoop games, create personalised snowflakes, and show off your talent in the Kool HQ Talent Show!
WINTER MAGIC
Tuesday, 8 July
Enter a world of magic, circus fun, and hidden talents! Children will explore circus skills, illusions, light play, and even make kinetic sand that magically sticks. End the day in style with a spectacular Magic Show!
ARCADIA ZONE
Wednesday, 9 July
Children’s imaginations soar on Arcadia Day as they design their own games to share and earn Kool HQ Cash! The more players they attract, the more prizes they win. We’ll also run a handball and dance competition — a full, fun-packed day!
WIZARD WONDER
Thursday, 10 July
Step into the world of wonder with bouncing ball experiments and Number Blocks name art. Create magical recipes, including an Elephant’s Toothpaste eruption! From maths and measurements to wizardry and potions — it’s a brain-boosting day of discovery.
CRYSTAL MARKET
Friday, 11 July
Glitter, glam, and treasures galore at our Crystal Market! Children bring items from home to sell for Kool HQ Cash. We’ll spend the day preparing signs, setting up stalls, and chatting excitedly about what to buy. Plus, we’ll cook veg nachos and race through ball-handling circuits!
NAIDOC DREAMTIME
Monday, 14 July
Step into the rich and sacred world of Dreamtime. We’ll watch Aboriginal stories, recreate dances, explore animal art, and reflect through drawing. The day continues with nature bingo, group sports, and celebrating our connection to country, animals, and each other.
MOVIE PAJAMA PLAY
Tuesday, 15 July
Stretch, bend, and get party-ready! We’ll warm up with athletic games before the mayhem of a scavenger hunt! Enjoy party games, win prizes, and design your very own movie ticket for our exclusive Kool HQ cinema experience. Popcorn included — tickets please!
ARCTIC ARCADIA
Wednesday, 16 July
Create original DIY arcade games to be played and enjoyed by others in exchange for Kool HQ Cash! Refuel with snowflake bliss balls and dive into Olympic sports challenges. End the day in our signature Arcadia Game Time.
POLAR EXPRESS DISCO
Tuesday, 17 July
Today we sparkle in the spotlight with disco dance moves and running games! Create fun fruity apple pops, sing the afternoon away, and move to the rhythm. Rainbow projectors and hand-drawn wall art come together to create a magical light show for our very own disco dance party.
ICY MARKETS
Friday, 18 July
Kick off with the Frozen Fruit Salad game — a race full of laughs! Jump into a sandcastle competition, then get your Market Day signs ready for our very own icy marketplace. Browse, buy, and trade for treasures using Kool HQ Cash and take home your new favourites!

All our services are Child Care Subsidy approved, which can reduce the cost of our programs by up to 90%. Our fees starts as low as $14.21 with max CCS rebate. Check out our Fee Estimator to calculate your out-of-pocket fees.
