Cancellations
Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the booked day; otherwise, full fees apply. To cancel a casual booking, please cancel your day from the iParent Portal or App
If a day cancelled due to given priority of accesses to a family, a refund will be issued.
Kool HQ is under no obligation to refund families for any session a child did not attend when booked.
Changing Weeks/Days
Booking dates can be changed provided we have the necessary available spaces upon your request.
