Who We Are
Kool HQ is a Department of Education approved provider. Our services offer a wide range of opportunities for children to participate in exciting, fun and educational activities that are delivered by a team of qualified and passionate educators.
Our programs are based on the approved early learning framework My Time, Our Place and is part of the Australian Government’s National Quality Framework, which is about ensuring children receive a high standard of education and care.
The Child Care Subsidy is provided through our services so parents may be eligible to claim a rebate from Centrelink for the fees.
Team Kool HQ
Our educators are hand-picked for their ability to provide high-quality care when engaging with children. Their experience in the teaching industry is of utmost importance, and each member of the team has a skill and talent in facilitating specific workshops within the program.
All our educators are trained and qualified teachers and most of all love their job!
Program Philosophy
The interests of the children are the foundation of the program. We celebrate diverse cultures and form meaningful relationships with children so everyone can feel a sense of belonging.
Our programs are designed with a focus on having fun while learning new skills, making new friends and having new experiences. We encourage children’s’ imagination, creativity, self-confidence and to learn important social skills in a safe and supportive environment.
Kool HQ days are jam-packed with sport, art, music, movement, cooking classes, science, drama and free play, incursions, excursions and so much more!
Every day is different, filled with spontaneous magical moments and activities to suit all interests, levels and ages, from beginners to advanced.

Automatic language translation
Our website uses an online language translation service to automatically translate our content into a variety of community languages. Automatic translations are quick and convenient, but may not be accurate. Some of our staff can speak languages other than English that are popular in the local community.
