Booking fees:

*Early Bird Daily Fee

Book in advance and take advantage of our Early Bird offer.

• This offer is for the first 500 bookings.
• Minimum of 2 days per child per week is required.
• Unless otherwise stated all Early Bird Bookings must be pre-paid & non-refundable.
• Booking dates can be changed provided you request the change at least 24 hours before the start time of the booked day and the Service has the necessary available spaces on the new requested day. However, the daily fees may revert to the full price if the change no longer satisfies the minimum number of days required per week in the offer.

Direct Debit

Debit from Credit Card
• Transaction Fee: $0.10 + 1.55% Visa/Mastercard
• Failed Transaction Fee: $0.00

Debit from Bank, Building Society or Credit Union Account
• Transaction Fee: $0.79
• Failed Transaction Fee: $4.00

Credit card payment

1.6 % surcharge will apply for credit card payments Visa/Mastercard/Amex (Transaction fees may not be reflected in your statement)

Late collection/pickup fee

$1 per minute per child will apply for any collection/pickup after 5 pm.

Unpaid accounts

$25 late payment fee per unpaid billing cycle. After two consecutive unpaid billing cycles, the account may be referred to a debt collector. All costs incurred will be for the account of the parent/guardian/account holder.

Cancellations

Cancellations received in writing (email acceptable) more than 24 hours before the start time of the day booked, will receive a credit. Credits issued are valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Refunds are not provided.

Cancellations must be made not less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the booked and confirmed attendance date, otherwise full fees apply.
